Job DescriptionManage multiple project activities concurrently, under the guidance of a designated Project Manager, Operation Manager, or independently while reporting to the Operation Manager.Work collaboratively with clients to implement Arribatec Marine products, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on leveraging our solutions to meet their business objectives.Independently lead small projects to completion, taking charge of planning, execution, and delivery.Travel to domestic and international customer locations, including ships, to conduct consulting and project-related activities.Handle the installation and configuration of Arribatec Marine software, ensuring optimal performance.Provide comprehensive project consulting services, assisting clients in making informed decisions to meet their project goals.Deliver training sessions to clients to enhance their understanding of Arribatec Marine products.Maintain thorough internal records and reports for clients and internal processes.Conduct comprehensive onsite or remote assessments of clients'' existing processes and procedures.Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software implementation.Provide expert guidance on data migration and integration with existing IT systems.Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on the use of our asset management software.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in asset management technologies and industry trends.Who are you?You have a strong interest in technology and enjoy solving technical challenges. You should be energized by working between people and IT, demonstrating a keen passion for bridging this gap.
