We are looking for a : TECHNICAL SELLER M/W on fixed-term contract from 1 November to 31 March 2025, for our shop in BEX.

Within a dynamic team, and reporting to the Store Manager your main mission will be to provide customers with the best quality of service by collecting and satisfying their needs and wishes, thus allowing them to appreciate the full potential of the Brand, and to increase their loyalty through appropriate communication and in accordance with the values and culture of the Rossignol Group.

In this capacity, you will be in charge of:

Sales:

1. Serving the customer in accordance with the Group''s sales processes;
2. Provide an elevated customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a good knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage;
3. Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories;
4. Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots;
5. Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease;
6. Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group''s visual standards;
7. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions;
8. Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business;
9. Maintain and set up the store and the laboratory in accordance with corporate policy and procedures;

Boot Fitting main activities:

1. Capability to listen and engage in new boot fitting courses and manual;
2. Good manuality and will to learn new technical tasks;
3. Flexibility to hours management and availability to work for different week and weekend days;

Management of the ski/boots laboratory:

1. Entry level or low level experience of managing skis and boots preparation;
2. Be able to mount bindings at least on piste skis;
3. Entry level experience on boots first fit.

You are young, full of energy, just concluded your studies and you would like to start a career in the ski world with Rossignol Group. Starting from laboratory and boot fitting training and aiming to become the future Rossignol expert.

You have a taste for challenge, you are driven by the desire to pursue and even exceed individual and collective objectives.

Passionate about sportswear, you have a very deep passion in sportswear products and ski.

You have good commercial awareness and interest in customer behaviour, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.

You are a team player with good communication skills.

Entry level in French is mandatory and English appreciated.
