As a Packaging Operator, youll be responsible for keeping our advanced packaging lines running smoothly. Youll work with high-speed machines, solve technical issues, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before heading out to millions of consumers around the globe.Your key responsibilities:Operate, adjust and changeover packaging machinery;Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;Coordinate with the technical team for complex malfunctions;Continuously monitor quality and production output;Support improvements by suggesting smarter, safer, or more efficient ways of working;Collaborate with your shift team to maintain flow and performance across the line.
