Position Summary
As a Temporary Accounts Payable admin member you will join our dynamic and international finance team in our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium). You will get an overview of the entire accounting process and receive the chance to expand your skills by learning more about our international processes.
What are your responsibilities?
- Support with the daily processing of incoming invoices within deadlines defined in SLAs
- Additional activities such as booking bank statements, payment runs, consolidations and reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly and yearly closing
- Answer supplier queries by phone and email
- General data entry
What do we require?
- A first experience in admin, accounting or related field is a plus
- Interest in numbers and accounting principles with eagerness to learn more
- A strong analytical mindset and result driven personality
- Knowledge of English language at business level proficiency
- Strong excel skills
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Willingness to commit on an interim basis
