The Account Manager supports the commercial team in strategic and operational activities. The Account Manager will contribute to improving client relationships, supporting sales processes, and coordinating internal and external commercial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Manager supports, and over time manages independently, the following duties:
Customer Relationship Management:
Assignment of a customer portfolio to proactively manage.
Build relationships with existing and new customers with a market-oriented approach.
Attend customer meetings, proactively respond to new customer opportunities, prepare and issue commercial offers and negotiate terms and leasing documentation.
Responding to all manner of customer-related queries in a timely manner.
Project management:
Work with the wider team to support the management, monitoring and reporting of various projects led by Commercial.
Take the lead to represent Commercial in managing projects with the wider Beacon business via other departments.
Marketing Research:
Assist in the development and execution of Beacons marketing requirements.
Lead the marketing and planning for the Commercial team for key industry events.
Preparation of customer presentations to support customer meetings.
Undertake research and data analysis of key industry developments for presentation to wider Commercial team.
