Werelooking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to joinour team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customercare, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion andinternational luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. Office: Milano, on site (Duomo, SanBabila) Languages knowledge: German (B2/C1) Tasks: Customerrelations with Italian and international customers throughphone/chat/e-mail E-commerce and after-sales support: assistingcustomers in their online purchases Contract: Full time 8 hours aday (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week. Qualifications: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion andLuxury. Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically ofMicrosoft Office applications.
