The Advocate Group is proud to represent Monster Energy in their search for a Trade Marketing Executive to join their Iberia team based in Madrid, Spain.

The Role:
Were looking for a highly organised and energetic Trade Marketing Executive to support the execution of standout trade campaigns across Spain and Portugal. Heres how:
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of trade marketing materials including POS, clothing, coolers, and prizes.
- Support promotions across all channels, including artwork coordination, campaign tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign timelines and logistics are met.
- Coordinate digital communications and content in support of promotional activity and NPDs.
- Help drive a digital transformation in collaboration with trade and marketing teams.
- Contribute to the successful execution of product launches across Iberia.
About You:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in trade or field marketing, particularly in FMCG or beverage, is preferred.
- A hands-on, highly motivated team player with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
