The SRM Manager partners with markets, channels, and customers to adopt and implement cluster SRM strategy and priorities locally.The SRM Manager translates cluster guidelines and frameworks into local investment choices, pricing, and promo plans.Proactively coordinates market decisions in line with the cluster SRM agenda, utilizing all 4 levers of SRM to ensure balance and alignment. Ensures local steering and governance to maintain a relentless focus on value creation and trade ROI improvement.What are we looking forAdvanced/fluent English language skills required (both written and oral)23 years of experience in SRMAdditional demand or sales experience preferredHigh analytical abilityMLCs: Business insight, stakeholder management, planning and aligning, financial acumen, work process optimization, results-drivenWhat will be your key responsibilitiesDevelop market-level SRM plans based on the total cluster SRM strategy framework and guidelines.Define market-level annual SRM targets based on cluster AEP commitments.Partner, govern, and monitor annual SRM target delivery; proactively initiate scenario planning and gap-closing activities, ensuring follow-through on agreed actions.Conduct internal and external analysis of SRM metrics across markets, categories, and players, including financial and shopper metrics. Derive insights and identify opportunities to maximize value creation locally.Inform the annual planning cycle with market insights, providing quantitative and qualitative SRM inputs.Contribute market-level SRM inputs to S&OP forums (SRM council, Pricing council, DMR, PMR, MBR, etc.), ensuring proper feedback loops between market and cluster SRM.
