Hoymileshas a significant R&D team to design and manufacturestate-of-the art microinverters & hybird inverter for theinternational markets. To develop our business in Mexico anddeliver better service to our customer, build a strong technicalsupport structure we are looking for an experienced Technicalsupport engineer for Pre-Sales activities and After-Sales Servicesin Italy, reporting to head of technical support HQ. Majorresponsibilities: After sales: 1. Maintain the service level andfulfill the service request coming from local customer especiallysome of our VIP customer. 2. Establish the internal and externaltraining system, localize training materials. 3. Follow RMA processto make sure they will be closed on-time. 4. Responsible fordeveloping solutions to optimize the local service qualityincluding technical guidance, service respond time, spare unit poolmanagement, faulty unit disposal, total costs. 5. Provide servicereports to HQ on a regular basis. Pre-sales: 1. Collaborate withsales team to plan and complete technical exchange with Brazilcustomers, train clients and set forth detailed technical solutionsetc. 2. Prepare presentation documents, technical explanation andother related files including bidding documents to maintain thecustomer satisfaction and service level. 3. Analyze legal technicalrequirements and certifications for defined countries and driveexecution of agreed and required certificates. 4. Monitor marketenvironment and provide competitive information. 5. Analyze productand features of competitors regular and work closely with HQ teamto finish the competitive analysis. 6. Strong support to salesteam, visit clients and project sites, support system planning andgive guidance to PV system installations, service strategyimplementation etc. 7. Coordinate with sales team to organizetraining sessions, attend exhibitions. Required experience andcompetence: 1. Based in Mexico and can accept national andinternational travel to make sure the local service team deliver agood service, depends on business request. 2. HBO diploma in anElectro-technical direction and / or a qualified education withinthe solar energy industry. 3. At least 1 years technical backgroundwork experience, renewable industry would be preferred. 4. At least1 years professional experience in working with invertertechnologies, e.g. R&D, service, pre- and post-sales, stringinverters industry would be preferred. 5. Self-driven working mindset, willing to dig in and find out problems, report with clearlogic, always providing multi proposals to choose from. 6.International mindset for a multi-cultural environment. 7. Italianat a native level and English fluently in businesscontexts.
