Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Invoicing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various business and ICT stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of invoicing solutions that meet business requirements and objectives, management techniques.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage with various business and ICT stakeholders
- Interact with business stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing Manufacturing
- Manage supplier enhancement quotations to document business requirements.
- Create business case documents and initiate project approval process.
- Manage supplier work order and purchase requests for project activities.
- Oversee the development of technical solutions and validate to product meets user requirements.
- Make decisions quickly to meet business objectives
- Manage project deliverables to meet quality, schedule and budget constraints
- Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to manage day to operations
- Provide periodic status updates to Business Leadership team
- Lead high priority Issue trouble shooting with various teams to recover business continuity
- Support application SOX audit Request by ensure the test results meet SOX requirements.
- Interact with various regional team to support Global projects
- Proactively manage risks and plan for uncertainties
- Support critical business strategies by designing and implementing digital solutions
- Manage team of direct reports supporting critical applications in Invoicing
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science or related fields.
- 10 years of application management experience or relevant software development experience
- Excellent composed and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial processes or relevant knowledge
- 2 to 3 years experience managing direct reports
- 2 to 3 years experience in Project management tools and processes
- Strong Leadership, decision-making and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Customer focused and experience in cross functional transversal projects
- Ability work with and manage virtual teams
- Fluent in English
