- University degree inComputer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of IAM platform operations, preferably withOne Identity Manager.
- Proficient incloud infrastructure(especially Azure) and IAM toolsets.
- Experience working withITSM platforms(e.g., ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
- ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- You are open to work in ahybrid mode, with2-3 days at our office in Katowice
