Youve got 5+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership roles, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Youve built and scaled Customer Success teams before and you know what works (and what doesnt).
You think strategically but arent afraid to get hands-on when needed. You love setting direction and rolling up your sleeves.
Youre passionate about customer outcomes and know how to turn strong relationships into strong results.
Youre data-driven, you understand how to track health scores, churn rates, NRR, and more, and you use those insights to steer the ship.
Youre an inspiring people manager who knows how to hire, coach, and lead a team to high performance.
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a nice bonus).
