What you'll be working on: Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.Com environment with approximately 100 users, complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, and manage Salesforce.Com data feeds and other integrations. Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and support reporting and administrative needs. Assist in training of new users, grow the Salesforce.Com skill set across the organization, and promote user adoption of Salesforce. Provide day-to-day support and problem resolution, including managing bug/feature request queue, troubleshooting and escalating issues when needed Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes What we expect from you: Good written and verbal communication skills in English Experience as a Salesforce.Com administrator, understanding of the Salesforce CRM functionality and best practices, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flow builder, custom views, validations and other content - of intermediate complexity Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.Com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes. Good data management skills and extremely positive attitude. Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
