If you have experience managing projects, a passion for communication, and want to grow in a dynamic and creative environment, wed love to hear from you!Your role:Youll work closely with clients and internal teams to support the delivery of science communication projects from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they run on time and within budget.Assisting in the design of work plans and timelines.Participating in the creation of proposals and client presentations.Coordinating internal team activities (creative, content, design) to ensure smooth delivery.Taking part in meetings with clients to understand and track project needs.Contributing to the development of science communication strategies with guidance from senior team members.What were looking for:3 to 5 years of experience in project management, marketing, communication, or related fields.Experience working with clients or in consumer-oriented roles.Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Spanish, both spoken and written.Good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel .Interest or background in science or research-related environments is a plus.Youll thrive in this role if you are:Organized, proactive and reliable.A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.Comfortable managing timelines and problem-solving independently.Able to adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented environments.Eager to grow and take on new responsibilities.AtScienseed, youll be joining a growing agency where creativity, science, and communication come together.
