In this role, you will manage and deliver impactful LD projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and results-focused learning professional with a strong understanding of learning theory and best practice. You will be GLADs main representative, confident working across all levels of the organisation to ensure our learning offer is relevant, innovative, and aligned with organisational goals. Quick to grasp new concepts and comfortable with complexity, you will design solutions that are both engaging and practicalsolving problems creatively and always keeping learners at the centre.

What Youll Do:

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of GANTs annual learning programme, creating impactful and engaging experiences that build both technical and soft skills across the organisation and its project contributors. Youll work in close partnership with stakeholders to identify real capability needs, shape tailored learning solutions and ensure effective implementation from end to end.

To support this, youll take responsibility for the monthly evaluating and reporting on learning uptake and impact, making sure our work is clearly understood and valued across GANT.

Specifically, you will:

• Design and implement an annual training calendar reflecting business priorities, learner needs, and a mix of delivery methods
• Deliver training or source high-quality providers, and/or coaching Subject Matter Experts to develop their own materials, to make learning accessible, relevant, and results-driven.
• Maintain GLADs learning content to ensure that internal communications, web pages, and promotional materials reflect current opportunities and encourage participation.
• Oversee or manage the logistics of all learning events, from planning and promotion to delivery and follow-up, ensuring a smooth learner experience;
• Provide expert guidance to Subject Matter Experts, helping them translate their knowledge into high-quality training content grounded in learning theory and best practice.
• Use thoughtful consultation and clear communication to ensure buy-in and collaboration throughout the learning cycle;

Projects Youll Tackle in Your First 6 Months

• Design and deliver GLADs 2025 learning programme.
• Help facilitate GANTs leadership development programme.
• Build strong relationships with learners and managers to identify capability needs and co-create targeted learning solutions.
• Refresh GLADs web presence to promote learning opportunities and increase engagement.
• Lead reporting on learning activities to showcase GLADs impact across the organisation.
