We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant forone of our clients, which is the worlds leading AI localizationsoftware company. This is a fully remote role, and the candidatehas to be based in Italy, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria or Spain.Applications from outside these locations won''t be considered.About the Role As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be theprimary point of contact between the company and our customers.Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, drive productadoption, and identify opportunities for upselling orcross-selling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams toaddress customer needs and contribute to the overall success of thecustomer base. You will play a crucial role in building long-termrelationships, driving customer retention, and identifyingopportunities for growth. Responsibilities Relationship Building: -Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships withcustomers - Understand customers'' business goals and challenges toalign product/service offerings with their needs AccountManagement: - Serve as the main point of contact for assignedaccounts - Monitor customer accounts, track usage, and identifyopportunities for growth Customer Advocacy: - Encourage andfacilitate customer advocacy, including testimonials, case studiesand referrals - Act as a voice of the customer within the company,providing feedback to improve products and services Issueresolution: - Proactively address and resolve customer issues orconcerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelyand effective problem resolution Product Expertise: - Develop adeep understanding of the company''s products or services - Stayinformed about product updates and industry trends to providevaluable insights to customers Renewal Management: - Monitorcustomer accounts for renewal and work towards ensuring a highrenewal rate - Identify opportunities for upselling orcross-selling additional products or services ContinuousImprovement: - Continuously assess customer data and analytics toidentify trends, measure customer health, and predict potentialissues - Stay informed about industry best practices and trends -Continuously learn and build expertise across XTM group products,services and assigned customers Qualifications - Proven experiencein customer success, account management or a related role in theTranslation and Localization industry Required Skills - Excellentcommunication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret data and trends - Familiaritywith CRM software, key sales metrics and CS tools - Ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams -Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work successfully in aremote environment - Enthusiastic and can do attitude Pay rangeand compensation package - Base salary up to 35,000 + commissionsInterested?
