Production Manager, Weesp, Netherlands

The Production Manager, Netherlands oversees our Production Department and is a backup toinventory and supply chain for the European market and supervises our warehouse staff at our GENLED Brands facility in the Netherlands. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, experience managing warehouse employees and exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Warehouse production techniciansfor the EU market which may alsoinclude shipping, receiving, and supply chain planning departments.

• Maintain and abide by standard operating procedures to facilitate proper timing of commercial orders.

• Monitor levels of raw materials and supplies to determine needs.

• Document daily shipments, incoming materials, and historical sales to replenish inventory.
• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.

• Process and track purchase orders with appropriate vendors.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

BS degree or equivalent industry work experience
3+ years in general inventory and operations management
Demonstrated work history with successful advancement
Strong knowledge of spreadsheet (MS Excel) and word processing (MS Word) software
Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP knowledge a plus
Exceptional communication skills
Team-oriented, "can-do" attitude with personal accountability for issues and problems
Ability to learn and apply new information
Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
