We are currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to join a leading pharmaceutical project based in Ghent, Belgium. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile initiative within the pharma sector, offering exposure to complex projects and a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Track progress and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with timelines.
- Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.
- Assist in project reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with GMP environments is a plus.
- Proficient in project planning software Primavera P6.
- Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work on-site in Ghent.
