My client is a fast-growing start-up specialising in Atlassian and Odoo consultancy. They help businesses optimise their workflows, enhance collaboration, and achieve their goals by leveraging Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled consultant to join our team and support our clients in maximising the value of their tools.
Responsibilities
- Consultation: Work with clients to analyse and optimize their workflows, providing tailored solutions using Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Implementation & Customisation: Implement and configure Atlassian tools, ensuring they align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Ongoing Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization to ensure smooth operation of Atlassian environments.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with senior consultants and mentor junior team members, contributing to larger and more complex projects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to add value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and configuring Atlassian tools to support Agile project management.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments is a plus.
- Odoo experience (advantageous but not required).
- Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Groovy) is a bonus.
