What will you do?
As a DevOps Engineer, you will join the Mega Cloud Services (MCS) team, made up of 27 professionals in five countries: France, the USA, Mexico, Morocco and Singapore. The position is based in Paris, and you will report directly to the department manager.
You will play a key role in facilitating collaboration between development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining infrastructure, automating work processes, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability, scalability and security.
Working with an international, multidisciplinary team, you will help drive innovation and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
In a dynamic and fast-changing environment, your responsibilities include:
- Automating the deployment and management of a legacy cloud application
- Migrating and refactoring processes to improve efficiency and resilience
- Building CI/CD pipelines and implementing monitoring, alerting, and log management
- Standardizing DevOps practices and training teams on best practices
- Analyzing and optimizing Azure infrastructure for cost, performance, and security
- Collaborating with cloud architects to guide technical decisions
- Supporting engineers with daily tasks and resolving performance issues
- Proposing and implementing innovative technical solutions
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international company
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including resource management, PaaS services, and network infrastructure
- Experience with legacy cloud application management or modernization (a plus)
- Proficient in DevOps tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD implementation)
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
- Team player who enjoys mentoring and helping others grow
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics

- 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
- 2nd Interview with our Cloud Director and Head of Development where you will dive into your personality and technical experience (45 minutes)
- 3rd Interview with our Head of Product Operations where you will focus on the technical skills and your drive (1 hour)
