Keep your finger on the pulse ofindustry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. - Youforge strong alliances with staff delegation and unionrepresentatives, fostering open dialogue and collaboration tocultivate a harmonious work environment. - You lead the charge intransformative HR projects, leveraging data insights to enhanceprocesses and elevate the employee experience. - You serve as theguardian of compliance, navigating legal complexities with finesseand offering strategic counsel to various departments. - Harnessthe power of communication and culture to cultivate a workplacewhere every voice is heard and every contribution valued, fosteringa positive environment that fuels employee motivation andorganizational evolution Jouw profiel The ideal candidate candemonstrate the following skills and experience: - You have aBachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent byexperience - You can demonstrate at least 10 years of experience ingeneralist role including soft & hard HR responsibilitiescombined to a proven people management experience and a trackrecord as a member of a management committee. - In-depth knowledgeof labor and social law, with a passion for developing new cases. -You have a prior experience in social dialogue working with staffdelegation and trade unions. - Excellent proficiency of Dutch,French, and English. - Strong organizational skills and hands-onmindset. - Discreet and trustworthy with excellent communicationskills and a can-do attitude.
