Du verantwortest den vollständigen 360°-Recruitingprozess und stellst dabei eine herausragende Candidate- und Employee-Experience sicher. 

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern, HR-Kolleg*innen, unseren globalen Centers of Expertise sowie Partnern innerhalb unseres europäischen Distributionsnetzwerks gewinnst Du nicht nur Top-Talente, sondern sorgst auch für ein reibungsloses Onboarding und begleitest deren weitere Entwicklung im Unternehmen.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: 

As the Assistant Manager HR- Talent Attraction & Development, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce at our Franconian Distribution Center in Scheinfeld, Uffenheim and Langensteinach — from operators to director-level roles. You will own the full 360° recruitment cycle and ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience. 

Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, our global Centers of Expertise, and partners across our European DC network, you will not only attract top talent but also ensure smooth onboarding and support their continued development within the organization.
