What Will You Do?Your mission is to receive calls and provide expert support for managing coverage related to potential incidents affecting customers'' electronic devices.

Earn a competitive salary of 22,000 gross per year.Temporary Contract:
4-month duration with genuine opportunities for extension. Work Hours:
39 hours per week, across a 5-day workweek.OnLine Training:
Conducted in English, from 09:00 to 17:00 at our Seville - Los Remedios offices (Work at home aftrer training)Schedule:
Work Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 19:00.
What We Need: Language Skills:
Native or bilingual level in Danish, with advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).Experience:
Previous customer service experience and knowledge of similar products is a plus.Adaptability:
Ability to efficiently adapt to client needs.
