What We Do Executive Search Analysts areresponsible for supporting the research phase of the executiverecruiting lifecycle. Working closely with our expert SearchPartners & Principals (Consultants), and connecting with teammembers across all levels of the Search team, Analysts receiveworld class training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-stylemethod. Our Analysts are exposed to all aspects of the recruitmentprocess and assist the Consultant by researching specificindustries and relevant companies, plus support businessdevelopment activities. Analysts support the team through candidateidentification, preparing client reports and ensuring all data isaccurately captured in H&S systems. An integral part of anAnalysts role is building and sustaining relationships withinternal Consultants, performing deep candidate, client andindustry research and contributing to executive assessments againstclients requirements. While learning the Search industry, Analystsinvest significant time researching and learning about variousindustries, executive roles and functions, and do so incollaboration with colleagues across the globe. The Analyst rolehas significant responsibility in the executive search process andthe opportunity for high impact. The role has an excellent careertrack potential on a well-defined path. Role ResponsibilitiesResearch & Writing: - Conducting industry research to gaincomprehensive understanding of the Client Company, their industryand the position requirements. - Identifying prospective candidatesthrough targeted company research, relevant prior searches andusing Heidricks proprietary systems and methodologies. Internaland External Communication: - Contributing to multiple engagements,candidate pipelines and the needs of multiple internalstakeholders. - Maintaining progress reports/status reports/marketfeedback reports for presentation to Consultants and Clients. -Assisting Consultants in writing candidate assessments to presentto clients. - Supporting business development activities and pitchpreparation as directed. Succeeding andpersisting through challenges, motivated to do the right thing.Basic Role Qualifications - 0-1 years of recruiting experience ortransferable professional experience. - An undergraduate BA/BSdegree is required. - Developing and honing skills in professionalcommunications, including writing, speaking, and presentinginformation in a clear and coherent manner. - French speakerPreferred Role Qualifications - Experience in full life cyclerecruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-HouseTalent Acquisition or other industry requiring applied sales andresearch skills is desirable. - Proven success simultaneouslymanaging multiple projects and working across teams. - Experienceidentifying market trends and researching information effectivelythrough various channels. - Ability to analyze, organize andsynthesize large volumes of information into insights. - Experienceworking with Salesforce or other CRM. - Demonstrated skill inbuilding and maintaining relationships with a diverse group ofstakeholders. - Experience in managing multiple concurrent projectsand completing high quality deliverables.
