We are currently recruiting for an experienced I&C Construction Supervisor to support the execution phase of an exciting new project in Sweden. As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the execution phase of the project, with a specific focus on Electrical Systems, Building Management Systems, and Instrumentation and Control Systems.ResponsibilitiesSupport and promote a culture of Quality, fostering a Right First Time (RFT) mentality to deliver work with zero defects.Mentor and coach contractors and trades personnel, aligning expectations and driving quality standards.Review contractor work to ensure it meets schedule and quality standards.Coordinate with the site manager and supervise all on-site work related to planning and execution strategy.Provide technical advice for I&C issues on site.Coordinate with other supervisors to manage site interferences.Conduct walk-downs of systems during construction, both onsite and offsite, to ensure compliance with specifications.Perform final system walk-downs to verify mechanical completion.Authorize final sign-off and acceptance of systems as mechanically complete.Review Construction Completion Records and Contractor Turnover Packs.Assist in planning and executing electrical and I&C works within the scope of DS2 (approx. 65,000 m).Coordinate construction-related site activities such as scaffolding, temporary installations, and waste management.Understand site priorities, schedules, and milestones to coordinate contractors effectively.Requirements7-10+ years of experience in large-scale industrial projects.Experience in commissioning installation.Fluent in English.Strong project management skills.Degree in Instrumentation with high electrical discipline knowledge.Proficiency in office tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM tools is a plus.Commissioning experience required.Experience with HVAC equipment.Knowledge of ABB commissioning system is an advantage.Must have an EU passport or the right to work in Sweden.Additional considerations include flexibility for rotational breaks.
