And thats where you come in.MissionGlobally support the alignment between the Group / Company strategies / vision and HR Management in terms of Global Mobility, ensuring business requirements are met in accordance with Human Resources practices and rules. This involves central definition, coordination, and governance of Global Mobility practices, guidelines, procedures, and policies to effectively support Local / Operational HR in managing International Long-Term Assignees / Secondees (Expats).AccountabilitiesContribute to the implementation of Global Mobility policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines across all regions and countries to ensure harmonized management and treatment of Expats, respecting local laws.Develop and utilize HR Data Tools for Global Mobility to maintain a consistent and reliable system and database (e.g., HiNext, Assignment PRO, SharePoint).Manage Global Mobility expenses by monitoring and analyzing Expats numbers and related costs.Manage relationships and contracts with Global Mobility providers.Maintain accurate Global Mobility reporting for sharing with the Business and Local HR teams.Support Local HR in managing expats, ensuring policy adherence, procedure compliance, and sharing updated information on Global Mobility topics.Provide guidance on Global Mobility disputes and cost projections for international assignments.Assist in defining compensation and benefits plans based on market and best practices analysis.Support Group initiatives related to Global Mobility and ensure proper implementation.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Local HR teams on specific arrangements like Secondment Agreements.Serve as the Companys Global Mobility Point of Contact for relations with Corporate and other Hitachi Business Units.Required Skills / Knowledge3 to 5 years of HR experience, with experience in global mobility preferred.Skills in Budgeting & Reporting, Communication, Organizational Effectiveness, Planning.Basic knowledge of Tax, Social Security, Compensation, Labor Law, and Statistical Analysis.Willingness to travel for business.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital skills.Education / QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent technical background.LanguagesExcellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
