For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Project / Service Delivery Manager (German speaking). Manage the end-to-end onboarding of business partners according to defined operational procedures. Analyze technical documentation and support partners by diagnosing and explaining integration issues. Independently resolve recurring incidents and escalate more complex issues to second- and third-level support teams when necessary. Manage transitions of partners between test and production environments, and perform configuration changes where needed. Collaborate with internal technical and project teams; organize and monitor tasks through project management tools such as JIRA Maintain and update project documentation to accurately reflect the progress and status of ongoing activities. Experience in partner implementation, technical coordination or project implementation management Knowledge of project tracking tools such as JIRA and standard communication protocols. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills Very good English and German Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage Maybe its obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
