Job Opportunity: Business ControllerWe are an innovative company operating in the non-insurance services sector, part of a leading Italian insurance company, and we are seeking a Business Controller to join our team.Responsibilities and Main ObjectivesSupervise budget planning, annual forecasts, and periodic revisions.Prepare monthly financial and economic reports.Analyze variances in costs and revenues compared to the budget.Monitor the economic and managerial performance of operational and commercial cycles, including reporting and variance analysis.Support the development of control processes and procedures aligned with management and shareholder needs, including the identification of specific KPIs.Assist management in decision-making by preparing analyses for evaluating past and future business performance.Conduct feasibility analyses for new investments and projects, including profitability assessments.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate has 4-6 years of consolidated experience in management control within the service industry, with a strong understanding of business dynamics. Experience as an auditor or in finance consulting is considered a plus.Key skills include excellent relational and organizational abilities, a proactive approach, curiosity about business dynamics, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
