Sales Manager EMEA (Centrifugal Pumps Industrial Markets)
Skills Alliance is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager EMEA to lead and grow the centrifugal pump business across strategic industrial sectors. Italy-based, the successful candidate will oversee a team of six sales professionals covering the wastewater, desalination, heavy industry, and pulp & paper markets throughout the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional sales team of six, driving performance and development
- Deliver revenue growth through centrifugal pump sales across EMEA industrial markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting wastewater, desalination, heavy industry, and pulp & paper sectors
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and service teams to deliver high-value solutions
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in industrial pump equipment
- Demonstrated success managing multi-country sales teams and driving growth
- Deep understanding of centrifugal pump technology and its industrial applications
Additional Requirements:
- Based in Italy with ability to travel across the EMEA region up to 40%
- Fluency in English
