Are you an HR professional with a global mindset and solid international experience?

At IMAN Temporing, a company specialized in Human Resources solutions, we are hiring an International HR Business Partner to take on a key role within a multinational environment.

What will your responsibilities include?

• Managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Overseeing HR administration, payroll processes, and employee relations
• Handling audits and labor inspections
• Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee data
• Providing strategic HR support to international business units

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in HR within international settings
• C1 level of English (French is a plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms
• A proactive, analytical, and solution-driven approach
