Your role involves maintaining and migrating legacy systems in Ruby on Rails, while also helping us transition to newer technologies.As part of our Development team, you will learn and integrate our development processes and practices;Collaborate with Product and Experience teams to build solutions addressing our users'' needs;Handle your own tasks and responsibilities, tackling both Back-end and Front-end challenges;Joining at this stage allows you to influence and shape the product while growing professionally at your own pace!You should have3+ years of software development experience;An eager-to-learn mindset and a desire to create impact by delivering the right solutions;A passion for problem-solving, with enthusiasm for tackling challenges and finding solutions;An open mind, willing to speak up when needed and collaborate with colleagues;Critical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.Main requirementsExperience with web frameworks (e.g., React);Fluent in English (spoken & written).Nice to haveExperience with Git and Agile methodologies;Practice with Ruby on Rails applications (please share your GitHub portfolio);Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;Experience migrating solutions between technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails to Node.js + React);Experience working remotely with minimal or no office presence;Benefits such as Health Insurance, free HBO & Spotify, 22 days off plus holidays, and early Friday afternoons off.#J-18808-Ljbffr
