The role :
As VP of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business sales related to Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programmes. Your target audience includes High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations, and Aircraft Owners. Your goal is to achieve sales quotas for your specific territory. Additionally, you will secure sales of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing Owners by fostering and developing relationships with these clients.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Represent our client''s brand by showcasing products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activities, affinity partnerships, and personal networks.
- Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with Account Executives and Owner Services.
- Work independently or with a Sales Consultant to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data using Salesforce and other systems.
- Complete sales reports promptly and accurately, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Essential experience & knowledge :
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role.
- Proven experience in self-improvement and adherence to sales processes as defined by management.
- Deep knowledge of the territory and the full range of our client''s products and services, as well as competitors.
- Fluency in the local language relevant to the territory and business English (both written and spoken).
