BUYING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR BUYER About the job We arelooking for a Buying Assistant/Junior Buyer to join our team inMilan. You''ll take care of the fashion and beauty categories. Itsa role in international and fast-growing environment - yourproactivity, attention to details and problem solving will help youto succeed in this position. Your main responsibilities will be: -source and secure a suitable range of products for our Customers -negotiate the best possible prices and conditions of trade -oversee and take accountability for purchase orders - ensureCustomers have all product information and certification beforeeach delivery - work with the Sales team to ensure productavailability and sales are maximised - work with Sales team toreview product performance, plan and grow the sales - work closelywith Logistics team to guarantee on time deliveries, qualitycontrol and the return to supplier process, ensuring stock isreturned promptly - meet with suppliers to review brand/productperformance and develop new opportunities, ensuring products complywith M-Duo Internationals long-term objectives and qualitystandards - develop supplier relationships, keeping up to date withnew trends and competitor activity - negotiate vendor contracts andensure they are executed promptly.
