Within our Commercial Business Unit, we are looking for an Office Support Intern-Primary & Specialty Care to join our team in Milan.
The selected candidate will support the Office Team in the following activities:
- Support for proper and efficient planning of the Office Managements activities;
- Management of correspondence by ensuring punctuality with particular attention to response times;
- Support in the logistical coordination of meetings ensuring efficiency and quality in: convocations, communications, agendas, preparation and setting up of rooms etc. ;
- Support in the management of a system for the control of deadlines and implementation of actions to respect them;
- Interaction with the internal Functions, in order to ensure the prompt and correct application of procedures and respect of the timing in communications and problem solving;
- If request support in the process of issuing Purchase Orders;
- Participation in internal meetings, when required
Education:
- Bachelors degree in economics or humanities.
Technical Expertise:
- Languages: Italian & English (fluent);
- Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office);
- Motivation and interest in learning.
Further Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism and orientation towards objectives are preferred
