Kramp is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist at our Polish headquarters in Modla Krlewska near Konin. Responsibilities: As part of our Marketing team, you will be instrumental in implementing our online marketing strategy for the Polish market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on and executing online and social media strategies.
- Planning, coordinating, and evaluating internet marketing campaigns.
- Managing online campaigns using performance-based models.
- Analyzing results and preparing reports on online activities.
- Supporting sales objectives through partner collaboration and conversion optimization.
- Conducting SEO/SEM activities focused on lead generation and sales conversion.
- Assisting in direct mailing activities, including design, sending, and reporting on effectiveness.
- Implementing tools to optimize online activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing website traffic.
- Collaborating with suppliers, agencies, and other partners.
- Analyzing industry trends and competitor campaigns.
- Developing and implementing social media communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in data management and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to set and measure goals effectively.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Customer and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Experience in managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns, especially performance-based campaigns, is a plus.
