Scrum Master
Were looking for a passionate, experienced Scrum Master to join our growing team in Barcelona. Youll play a critical role in enabling agile, high-performing teams working on AI and data products.
As Scrum Master, youll support multiple squads through agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, and delivery alignment. Youll act as a servant leader and coach helping your team stay focused, unblock progress, and work in an adaptive, collaborative way.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with cross-functional product, UX, and engineering teams
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence
- Skilled facilitator and communicator, able to influence without authority
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English
- Hybrid role based in Barcelona 23 times per week in office
- 6 month freelance / contract opportunity
- Approx 400 - 450EUR per day
