What will you do? - Developbusiness within the non-direct sales channel in the Italian &Balkans region for the full product catalog. - Ensure strongrelationships with key customer contacts to increase customersatisfaction and cross-selling success. - Collaborate with the QHFluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding equipment sales -Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Strategic Marketing,Product Application and Technical Service teams to ensure customersatisfaction and business goals are met. - Align with the RegionalCommercial Director and the Non-Direct Sales Director to followcorporate strategy, set goals and report on business opportunities.- Develop and monitor commercial sales revenue forecasts. - Drivevalue added sales best practices and continuous processimprovement. - Monitor the market players, industry trends ®ional regulations. - Field based role with travel within theterritory. What are we looking for? - The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 years'' distribution channel sales experience in theindustrial fluids, metalworking, or industrial chemical industry.Preferably in lubricants, grease, coolants, forging, diecasting orany similar products. A dynamic technical sales professional withexcellent communication and presentation skills to be able to buildstrong trust-based relationships. - No team management experienceis required. - Languages: Italian and English at a professionallevel. - Remote field-based role in Italy, ideally the northernregion for better work-life balance.
