About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Business Analyst to support several high-impact initiatives in a company based in West Flanders.
Key Projects Youll Support:
- Fiber Rollout Domain: Internal development efforts currently being handled by the manager; your support is crucial to freeing up leadership capacity
- Corporate Office IT Standardization: Aligning infrastructure and services to deliver a consistent user experience across the enterprise
- ERP Integration Layer: Building a scalable integration solution around ERP systems to support process harmonization
Responsibilities:
- Act as a central link between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Gather and analyze requirements using BPMN, UML, and other business modeling tools
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support change management and user adoption strategies
- Ensure all projects align with corporate goals and timelines
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Broad experience across business domains and technologies not narrowly focused on a single product
- Background in medium to large-scale organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proficient in BPMN and UML modeling techniques
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Fluent in Dutch and professional in English
