What are we looking for?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide software solutions for many of the worlds largest companies. With a focus on Financial Services Organizations, this successful candidate will work directly with the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing large-scale software solutions for large enterprises. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project portfolio by establishing direction and aligning people and resources throughout multiple projects.
• Develop detailed project plans that define scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation.
• Day-to-day management of the client-focused services relationship.
• Establishing communication with all stakeholders on technical or functional specifications.
• Managing risks associated with each phase of the project lifecycle including identification mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards through regular reviews at various stages during development cycles (e.g., design review meetings).
• Coordinating activities between internal departments such as engineering teams who are responsible for developing new features/products; marketing team members involved in promoting products/services externally; sales representatives working directly within customer accounts etc.; ensuring alignment across these groups so they can deliver high-quality results consistently over time without any delays due lack coordination among different functions/departments within organization itself.

Requirements:

• Education:

-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management or related field.

• Experience:

-Considerable (8+ years) of Software Implementation Experience

• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent organizational skills.

-Effective interpersonal communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

-Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies is preferred
