Job Description:

As the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for engineering leadership for the Power & Renewables team in Europe. This includes direct leadership of the Power & Renewables European Engineering Organization to maintain core engineering competencies and indirect responsibility for managing the Center of Excellence Cluj team.

You will collaborate with the Noida Centre of Excellence and ensure the positioning of competitive solutions across all sectors of the Power & Renewables industry. Additionally, you will work with regional Operations Directors and country organizations to enhance their engineering capabilities for projects and service delivery.

Furthermore, you will partner with Sales and Proposal teams to advance competitive displacement projects and new initiatives through strong engineering expertise. You will provide strategic mentorship and encourage the development of core competencies.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Leverage and develop the core engineering expertise of the Cluj and Warsaw centers to support the group strategy in Europe.
• Maintain collaboration with other Centers of Excellence to position solutions across the power industry sectors.
• Support Regional Operations Directors and country organizations in building engineering expertise for projects and services.
• Assist Sales and Proposals teams in pursuing displacement projects and new initiatives.
• Serve as a technical contact for Westinghouse Europe, collaborating on delivering KOB3 services.
• Focus on KOB3 initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience in the automation industry with broad technical knowledge of Power and Renewables segments (Renewables, Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Boilers).
• Proven operational management experience.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Ability to collaborate within a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of a third European language is a plus.
