Introduction: Omnam Design Studio, the in-house designstudio of Omnam Groupa leading developer in the hospitalitysectoris seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join ourteam in Rome. In this high-impact role, youll lead the design ofexclusive hospitality projects from initial concept through todetailed design, collaborating closely with architects, engineers,and project managers. Youll be responsible for setting thecreative direction, selecting materials and finishes, anddelivering exceptional, functional spaces that bring our brandvision to life. This is a full-time role based in Rome, Italy.Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows is essential for this role,as our projects are fully integrated with advanced digital designprocesses. Key Responsibilities and Roles Creative and DesignLeadership - Develop and lead innovative interior design conceptsfor luxury hospitality projects. - Present design proposals throughcompelling sketches, mood boards, material boards, and high-impactvisual presentations. - Select and specify materials, finishes,furniture, and lighting that align with project vision and brandstandards. - Stay informed on industry trends and emerging designinnovations to keep Omnam at the forefront of luxury design.Project Collaboration & Management - Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including project managers, architects,engineers, and external consultants, to ensure seamless projectexecution. - Participate in design meetings to maintain control andunderstanding of project progress. - Oversee design developmentfrom concept through detailed design phases, ensuring projects meettimelines, budgets, and Omnams high quality standards. TechnicalOversight - Lead the integration of Revit and BIM workflows intothe design process to ensure accurate technical documentation andefficient project coordination. - Review and coordinate interiordesign drawings and layouts directly in Revit, ensuring alignmentwith project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). -Provide guidance on visualisations and assist in the creation ofhigh-quality design visuals and walkthroughs using tools such asEnscape (preferred but not mandatory). Qualifications - Bachelorsdegree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. -Minimum of 5 years experience in interior design, ideally withinluxury hospitality or high-end residential projects. - Experienceworking with prestigious hospitality operators (e.g., Marriott,Four Seasons, Hyatt) is a strong advantage but not essential. -Strong design portfolio showcasing creative leadership and high-endinterior design solutions. - Excellent knowledge of materials,finishes, and luxury FF&E sourcing. - Fluency in Revit ismandatory; candidates without demonstrated Revit expertise will notbe considered. - Strong understanding of BIM processes andworkflows; experience working within a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) ishighly desirable. - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite;experience with Enscape or similar rendering tools is a plus. -Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. - Candidatesmust have existing authorization to work in Italy.
