About LG HVAC Europe
LG Electronics'' European HVAC Sales Marketing team is seeking a Loyalty Program Coordinator to oversee and enhance our customer loyalty initiatives across 14 European subsidiaries. LG HVAC team, part of LG Eco Solutions, specializes in heating and air conditioning technologies, bridging the gap between our Korean headquarters and European B2B partners.
Role Overview
The Loyalty Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, growing, and driving engagement within our existing loyalty program. The main focus is on activation, dynamization, and continuous improvement to maximize customer retention and value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Loyalty Program Management Optimization
- Oversee and continuously improve the existing loyalty program across 17 European countries.
- Define and execute strategies for engagement, activation, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Optimize loyalty mechanics, rewards structures, and customer journeys to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage the loyalty program budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives while maximizing engagement and return on investment.
2. Program Growth Customer Activation
- Work closely with local subsidiaries, to adapt the program to regional market needs and customer behaviors.
- Develop initiatives to onboard and activate new members while re-engaging inactive users.
- Implement personalized campaigns and incentives to increase participation and program loyalty.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration Best Practices
- Serve as the main liaison between suppliers, European HQ and local subsidiaries, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Provide training and support to local teams to maximize program impact.
- Share best practices and success stories to foster continuous learning and improvement across markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align loyalty strategies with broader business goals.
What You Bring
- ~3 years of experience in customer success, loyalty programs, or international project management.
- Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive impact through data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- English proficiency (other European languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy mindset, with a keen interest in digital tools, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment.
