The role involves direct interaction with our international Global team.Become an expert in installing EV charging equipment for private and corporate clients.Build trust and support installation partners within our network.Master our software tools for workflow management and stay updated on the latest charging equipment on the market.Manage installers, coordinate projects, and oversee progress from start to finish, handling complex projects directly.Pre-sales: analyze power systems, brief installation partners, and prepare technical and economic proposals.Post-sales: oversee procurement, support installation partners, monitor installations, and manage customer interactions.Participate in cross-functional and international projects to enhance ChargeGuru''s effectiveness in Italy and Europe.Your profile?Ideally, you have:An engineering degree (bachelor or master), preferably in ELECTRICAL engineering. Alternatively, a diploma from Technical Institutes (diploma di perito industriale) with at least one year of electrical design experience.Experience in electrical installations or similar fields (e.g., TLC). Knowledge of EV charging standards and regulations is a plus.Good command of English. French or Spanish skills are advantageous.Preferred but not essential:Knowledge of EV charging standards and regulations.Basic project management skills.Enjoyment of challenges and responsibilities in a fast-growing, lean organization.Organized, rigorous, autonomous, with a start-up mindset.Strong relationship-building skills, ability to communicate effectively with partners and build trust.Interest in the automotive market, electric vehicles, and the Energy Transition.Willingness to learn quickly and pride in doing a job well.#J-18808-Ljbffr
