Role Overview Weare seeking a highly organised and creative Project Manager to joinour Retail Design department in Milan. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery ofretail design projects across Europe and beyond. This includesgalleries, shop-in-shops, corners, and pop-ups, ensuring eachlocation reflects Fueguias unique brand identity and highstandards. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end projectmanagement of retail design and build projects, from concept tostore opening. - Coordinate with architects, designers, suppliers,and contractors to ensure timely and on-budget execution. -Translate brand guidelines into physical retail environments thatreflect Fueguias values and aesthetic. - Manage timelines,procurement, and construction schedules, ensuring alignment withcompany objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing,retail operations, product, logistics) to support successful storelaunches. - Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and ensurequality control. - Negotiate and manage vendor contracts andbudgets. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, safetystandards, and building codes. - Provide regular updates to seniormanagement on project status and risks. - Produce and maintaindetailed project documentation, including schedules, gantt charts,task assigments, reports, and visual presentations. Requirements -4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in luxuryretail design or architecture/interiors. - Degree in Architecture,Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field. - Strongunderstanding of materials, design principles, constructionprocesses, and retail operations. - Excellent communication andorganisational skills. - Fluent in English and Italian; additionallanguages are a plus. - Willingness to travel for site visits andproject oversight.
