Do You Have...?
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or a related field (real estate experience is highly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and property information.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information.
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research.
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.
Qualifications
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments.
- Preference for a Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work.
- +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality.
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000
