Your Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and speed of investor transaction processing, delivering flawless service
Oversee and coordinate daily securities and share transfer operations to optimize workflows
Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee compliance with all procedures and regulations
Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and adherence
Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Your Profile

Full professional proficiency in French and English
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Transfer Agent, preferably within a licensed service provider or fiduciary specializing in AIF funds
Finance degree or equivalent highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of securities and share transfer processes, with a meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach
