The Challenge
As a Network planning analyst you are responsible for the overall performance of the SL Supply Chain network. Controlling the network from Dealers, over Business Units and Regional Warehouses to Regional Part Centers and the Central warehouse.
You ensure that the end-to-end flow across all different levels runs smoothly. By monitoring, analyzing, and steering the whole supply chain network, you address deviations and continuously seek ways to optimize the customer experience. You identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to the development of our Supply Chain set-up to ensure we deliver the highest-performing network, one that guarantees excellent service to our customers at optimized cost levels.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure overall performance of the regional supply chain network by optimizing inventory, service levels, lead times, and SPM configurations
- Monitor key KPIs, analyze performance, identify deviations and drive continuous improvements across the network
- Act as a functional expert and lead or support cross-functional supply chain projects
- Support Business Units and Dealers with planning-related questions and training
- Advise on planning parameter settings in local systems
- Detect and resolve issues in the replenishment flow across all network levels
Your talent
- You hold a Master''s degree in Economics/Business Engineering (or equivalent gained through experience)
- You have a strong knowledge of supply chain and planning processes within SPC.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
