About the Role
You''ll join a cross-functional AI team.
As a Data Strategist, you will work closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to translate business needs into strategic data initiatives and drive them forward with vision and clarity.
You won''t be responsible for writing code - instead, your value lies in shaping direction, aligning stakeholders, and building a strong narrative around the data strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic counterpart to the Product Owner
- Translate business requirements into actionable data-driven initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to align on value and priorities
- Deliver compelling presentations and strategic storytelling that resonate
- Help ensure alignment between business, data, and technology
Who You Are
- You have a strong background in data or BI, ideally 5+ years, but are looking to move into a more strategic and business-facing role
- You understand the language of both business and tech, even if you''re not hands-on anymore
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
- You''re comfortable with project thinking, value creation, and prioritization
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting, ideally at a Big 4 or similar environment
- Familiarity with cloud and data tools (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Terraform)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Master''s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, data science)
