This role focuses on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a strong emphasis on SailPoint integration and application onboarding.You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting IGA capabilities within a large-scale IAM landscape. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will drive integration efforts, ensure compliance with security frameworks, and support Agile delivery processes.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement IGA solutions aligned with IAM strategy and architectureOnboard business applications into the IAM platform using SailPointIntegrate with technologies including LDAP, REST/SOAP, SCIM, databases, SaaS apps (e.g., OKTA, Workday, SAP)Develop scripts and configurations using Java, Beanshell, and JavaScriptCollaborate in Agile teams, estimate efforts, and participate in SCRUM activitiesTop 5 Essential Skills:4+ years of professional experience with IGA/SailPointStrong programming skills (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript)Proven integration experience across diverse systems and applicationsHands-on experience with CI/CD, Azure, and LinuxIn-depth understanding of entitlement and authorization managementTop 5 Optional Skills:Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationFamiliarity with security policy frameworks and best practicesExposure to Workday and SAP Suite integrationsCapability to drive standardization and process automationStrong communication and presentation skills in English Interested?
