Reporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, this role will foster a culture of continuous learning and lead the implementation of both local and corporate development programs. You will play a key role in building organizational capability, enhancing employee experience, and supporting performance through learning.What will you do:Design and implement learning strategies aligned with hotel and corporate goalsFacilitate leadership, team development, and upskilling programs across departmentsLead onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth integration of new hires for all levels.Identify training needs through data analysis, feedback, and business performanceChampion a culture of service excellence and lifelong learningAct as a strategic business partner to both operational and leadership teamsIdentify and implement learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotels strategic direction.What you bring:Proven experience in Learning & Development roles within hospitality or luxury environmentsStrong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutionsKnowledge of modern learning platforms and digital toolsFluent in English and ItalianHighly organized with great attention to detail.Experience in adult education and adult learning concepts.Understanding of People & Culture (HR) systems and how they integrate, such as recruitment, selection, compensation, performance management.Understanding of basic budgeting, accounting and financial management.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work in one of Venice''s most iconic hotels.Schedule & Hours:This is a full-time positionIf you are interested in joining our team and contributing to the legacy of Hotel Danieli, please submit your resume.
